Rhona Jack

First-time exhibitor with Swindon Open Studios, Rhona drew her first horse aged four and has remained fascinated by their anatomy ever since. She has a passion for drawing all kinds of animals but in 2019, rediscovered the joy of painting in watercolours and acrylics. Recently she began taking commissions for painting pets and branched out into sculpting horse heads.

One observer commented "Rhona creates real magic with light and depth." Another said, "She captures the spirit in an animal's eyes."

She teaches drawing and loves seeing peoples' confidence grow as their skills quickly improve beyond their expectations.
